Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your IZI account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific device you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is factory reset, placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our lab verifies the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
